Payment and dispatch
The following terms and conditions apply:
Domestic delivery (Germany) and neighbouring countries: Österreich, Australien, Belgien, Dänemark, Finnland, Frankreich, Griechenland, Großbritannien, Irland, Island, Italien, Kanada, Liechtenstein, Luxemburg, Niederlande, Norwegen, Polen, Portugal, Schweden, Schweiz, Slowakei, Slowenien, Spanien, Tschechien, Ungarn, USA, Bulgarien, Estland, Rumänien, Zypern, Kroatien, Lettland, Litauen, Malta.
Dispatch costs (inclusive of legally applicable VAT)
Domestic deliveries (Germany):
We charge a flat shipping fee of 4,90 € per order for private end customers.
From an order value of 50,00 € onwards, we deliver shipments free of cost for private end customers.
For tradespeople (e.g. retailers, midwives and babywearing consultants) we charge a flat rate of 4.90 EUR incl. VAT.
From an order value of € 150.00, we deliver free of shipping costs to tradespeople.
Please note: The shipping costs and prices for tradesmen will only be displayed after activation of the B2B customer account and after logging into the B2B customer account. As long as no activation of the B2B customer account and no registration in the B2B customer account has taken place, the shipping costs and prices valid for private end customers will be displayed!
Deliveries to foreign countries:
We charge a flat shipping fee for international deliveries for private end customers and tradespeople (e.g. retailers, midwives and babywearing consultants):
Österreich, Belgien, Dänemark, Finnland, Frankreich, Griechenland, Großbritannien, Irland, Island, Italien, Liechtenstein, Luxemburg, Niederlande, Norwegen, Polen, Portugal, Schweden, Schweiz, Slowakei, Slowenien, Spanien, Tschechien, Ungarn, Bulgarien, Estland, Rumänien, Zypern, Kroatien, Lettland, Litauen, Malta: 14,90 EUR inkl. MwSt.
From an order value of €150.00 we deliver free of charge to the countries mentioned above.
For deliveries to the following countries, we charge a flat rate of €150 for private end customers and tradespeople: USA, Canada, Australia.
Delivery periods
Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Germany) within 1-2 days, for deliveries abroad within 6-8 days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.

The invoice amount is to be settled at the time of payment on invoice within 10 days.
